Landlords responsibilities
- You will need to ensure that the property is in good condition. This includes the exterior/structure, the roof, and that the boiler and electrics are fully functional.
- You will need to ensure that you have the correct corporate letting insurance in place for the use of the building.
- You will need to continue to look after your mortgage payments if one is required
- You will need to ensure that you have the correct Environmental and Safety certificates in place (Gas safety, electrical safety, EPC) and be able to provide them.
Our Responsibilities
